What is The Hampstead Athletic Club?

Our vision is to craft a gym where our members can build the fitness schedule that fits their lifestyle. To achieve this, we have set up our facility in two ways: as both a Do-It-Yourself health club and as a focused, instructor-led space.

Members have access to the Hampstead Athletic Club seven days a week through controlled entry and self check-in for use of the treadmills, bikes, weight machines, free weights and more. Our Fitness Director, Stephannie McCracken, and teaching staff lead weekly class training for those wanting focused group exercise. Everything is handled online using our website and your phone.

Our mission at the Hampstead Athletic Club is to create a gym that encourages wellness for all ages, fitness levels, and interests. From cycling to running and weight training to flexibility training, we focus on a full range of mind and body programming in an atmosphere that is upbeat, energetic, and driven.

Enjoy Stages Cycling Bikes, TRX Suspension Equipment, Treadmills, Ellipticals, Cybex Weight Machines, Core Equipment, Free Weights, and more! All Memberships and Class Packages are sold online through our website and the Mind Body website.

The club is for adult (18+ and older) use only. New members pick up their Member Access Cards at the gym by appointment; email us at info@hampsteadathleticclub.com to schedule your pick up time. Please allow 2-3 business days from your purchase for us to program your cards.
